January 18: Create an E-Newsletter Hands-on Workshop

Due to request from SME and Corporate members of the DigitalFilipino.com Club, we shall be having a Create an E-Newsletter Hands-on Workshop this January 18, Thursday, from 1:30 to 5 pm. This will be held at Alfox Internet Cafe (beside Chowking), Kamuning Road, corner Edsa, Quezon City.

Topics include:

1. Introduction and Examples of E-Newsletter
2. E-Newsletter Content Development
3. Archiving and generating revenue through advertisement
4. Tracking E-Newsletter read count and performance

SME members can send 2 representatives while Corporate members can send 3 representatives. Please confirm for food count purposes.

January 5: Blogging and Social Networking Forum

The DigitalFilipino.com Club will be having its 26th networking event this January 5, 2007 Friday, 3:00 to 7:00 pm. The venue shall be at Microsoft Philippines, 16th floor, #6750 Ayala Avenue, Makati City (beside Shangri-la Hotel).

DigitalFilipino.com Web Awards is now online!

For the past 2 years, we've always expressed our support to the World Summit Awards. Time and time again, some of our club members regularly suggest the coming up of our own awards that is intended to create awareness as well about new websites online today and where winners are picked by club members themselves.

I decided then to pursue such once we reach our 100th active club member count for the year. We achieved that yesterday.
